Our most premium find a Will service, the Enhanced Plus Search is the best chance of finding a Will no matter where it may have been left. With our ability to search nationally, we’re able to cover a wider range than other search services. If a Will has been left somewhere within the UK and you’re unsure of its location, this is the most likely chance of finding it.

Standing Search
For those opting to purchase our Enhanced Plus service, you will talk to one of our team and by your specific additional request we will lodge a standing search with the probate registry at no additional charge. This ensures that should someone subsequently apply for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration we will get notified of the application.
If the application is subsequently approved by the probate registry we also obtain a copy of any Will or Administration and then email a report with regards to the content of any Will and the reported value of the estate. This then allows you the chance to consider whether you should make a claim against the estate.
If you do wish to make a claim against the estate we will then be in a position to hand the contents of our findings to one of our probate panel firms which include Solicitors and other firms specialising in probate administration.
Note if you wish to dispute the validity of any Will then you may need to consider trying to block the probate application before any grant is issued. In this scenario please contact us so that we can pass your details to one of our approved probate partners.
